We collect minimal information necessary to deliver digital invitation services, including full name, company name, email address, and optional phone numbers provided during registration.
Guest names and table assignments uploaded by event organizers are used strictly for generating digital QR passes and entrance verification. We never sell, lease, or share event guest data with third parties.
Our public camera scanner (`scanner.php`) requests camera access solely on-demand to scan guest QR tokens. Camera feeds are processed locally in real-time in the browser and are never recorded or transmitted to our servers.
QREasyGo does not collect, process, or store raw credit card numbers or security codes. Paid plan checkouts are hosted securely via external PCI-DSS compliant providers (PayPal).
Organizers maintain full control over event data and may delete guest records or entire events at any time from their dashboard.
